Learn more about what our partner agencies experience, from initial contact with CPP through program implementation and results.

While every organization that uses CPP is unique, there is a common journey that agencies take from the moment they learn about CPP through program implementation. The CPP team is here to help you through each leg of that journey.

Learn About CPP

Organizations often begin by becoming familiar with how CPP works to decide if it’s a good fit for them. They do this by visiting the CPP website or reaching out to the CPP team to learn more.

Get Trained & Purchase Materials

Once you’ve decided to move forward with CPP, it’s time to get the required materials and training for program implementation. Group leaders can receive training through on-site or virtual sessions.

Build Support & Launch CPP

Building support for CPP and buy-in from agency leaders, staff, and parents is critical to a successful program launch. Additionally, sites will engage in logistics planning, including creating a program budget and identifying staff roles and responsibilities.

Plan for Program Logistics

The next step in the CPP Journey is to further consider the logistics of running your program. This includes securing space, setting up the environment, arranging childcare, and recruiting parents.

Conduct Group Sessions

This is the heart of the CPP program. Organizations are eager and ready to actively engage parents over the course of 12 sessions and observe their extraordinary growth and skill building.

Results & Planning for Sustainability

Organizations that experience the impact of CPP become dedicated to ensuring its sustainability so that they can continue to serve families. They take steps to embed CPP into their organization’s culture.
